Kenneth is helpful and polite boy, and pleasant to work with. He is hardworking and diligent, and shows initiative whenever appropriate. He is also very punctual for work, and dresses neatly. He is able to think out of the box, and generate ideas on the spot. Even though he is not working diretly under me, he volunteers to help and ease my workload. He is very helpful and has helped out at some of the events that were held by our company. During such events, he is very cooperative, even when he was requested to perform tasks that were out of his job scope. He, together with two other BIT interns, came up with the concept of a mini flash game and presented it to our department. The presentation was well done, and he is able to present himself well, and is able to get the point across. The game was well planned, and proves to be fun and interesting. Our company has considered commissioning the game. Furthermore, he is able to perform all tasks efficiently and effectively, and is able to meet all deadlines. He is competent when accomplishing tasks within his job scope, and is willing and able to pick up new skills when performing tasks that are out of his job scope. We believe he will be a valuable asset to any company.
