you better not step on my tail

today, something very unfortunate happened.
after dinner at Ten Mile, me and HJ decided to walk over to Plaza cause he wanted to buy some snacks that SINGSONG did not have.
while we were on the way some happened, which resulted in this.

Today, 5th Feburary 2007, at approximately 19 29, the bus driver an Off Service bendy bus, bus plate number 1037, offended both me and my friend.

The bus driver of the off service bus was driving at a fast speed towards the zebra crossing near Ten Mile Junction, Choa Chu Kang Road. He was driving at a fast speed and appeared to be refusing to stop to give way to the pedestrains, including me and my friend. Annoyed, I told my friend about my frustration. The bus driver then pulled over, opened the front doors and started yelling. He looked like was going to get off the bus and beat the both of us up. We ignored him and crossed over to the other side of the road. He continued yelling. The bus driver then pulled open the window and continued yelling, hurling hokkien vulgarities at both me and my friend. Then the bus driver sped off, leaving both of us angered, and deeply insulted. We felt threatened, and were even afraid that the bus driver might knock the both of us down.

Firstly, the bus driver was driving at a relatively fast speed while approaching a zebra crossing with pedestrians around, neglecting safety of the most vulnerable road users, the pedestrians.
Secondly, he decides to yell vulgarities at us.

I believe that his ability to judge, and drive is questionable, seeing that he completely blocked the entire zebra crossing after stopping. Luckily nobody was crossing the zebra crossing, otherwise, an accident would have occurred.

I believe that my friend, Mr Chong, also sent a letter of complaint.
I sincerely hope, and expect, that you will get back to both me and my friend, with a reasonable course of action taken.
I am disgusted that such an unfortunate incident would occur, and both me and my friend hope that something will be done about it.
I sincerely hope that such an uncouth act will not happen to any other road user.

HJ was like, "eh, he's scolding you"
and i told him to ignore him.
cause i was already planning what to write for my letter of complaint.
afterall, i am educated, and i didn't want to stoop to his level.

oh well, good luck, i hope you get fired :)
or better, i hope your driving license gets suspended :D
