Friday, July 28, 2006 Reflective Journal(2) : After the event

On the day of the event, everything went out as planned, and everything proceeded rather smoothly. As the number of participants that signed up for our event was not as much as we anticipated, we were forced into lowering our prize money from $100 to $30. Luckily, the participants were all very cooperative and understood our situation, hence, it did no prove as much of a problem for us.

Overall, our team worked well together and the leader was able to delegate jobs effectively which in turn, helped the event to be carried out efficiently. All of our team members played an active role in making our event a success. We took turns to time and to be referees for the games. We created a table to help keep track of the games played, the games to be played, and the score of the games. This helped us a lot as we were able to keep track whilst games were on going, which helped the event run faster than expected.

The teams all played fair and showed sportsmanship, which was one of our aims of this event, to promote fair play and sportsmanship. Teams also showed great teamwork, which was also one of our aims for this event.

To summarize everything, the event was a success, and we were able to carry out the event as planned. We were also able to meet our aims with the event, to promote sportsmanship, fair play, and to promote teamwork amongst fellow students. Our team was well organized and we were able to carry out tasks according to our schedules. Furthermore, the team leader proved to be a great leader by delegating jobs effectively, which helped a lot in ensuring that the event was a successful one.

oh ya, btw, i don't like IE, and after patching it, i can conclude that i hate IE, cause, after patching that god damn thing, i cannot go into Mel..
which is completely fucked up, i only use IE to log into Mel to do my NP stuffs
